Refined products only Your video should focus on Refined Naturals products. Please do not show, use or feature competitor products or competitor branding.

Make the product easy to see Show the Refined product, packaging or ingredient clearly so customers can understand what you are using.

Keep it clean and natural Bright lighting, a clean background and simple vertical footage work beautifully. You do not need a professional setup.

Keep product information accurate Show how you genuinely use the product and avoid making unsupported skincare, health or treatment claims.

Vertical is best For video, 9:16 vertical footage works best for Reels, TikTok and Stories. Clean raw clips are welcome too.

No AI-generated content Your submitted content must be created by you. AI-generated or AI-edited visuals, video, voiceovers, backgrounds, product imagery or other synthetic content are not allowed.

Do I get R50 for every video I submit?

No. The R50 online or in-store voucher is only issued when Refined Naturals selects a submitted video to use.

Can another skincare or ingredient brand appear in my video?

No. Content submitted for this programme should feature Refined Naturals products only and should not show or promote competitor products or branding.

Do I need to be an influencer?

No. This is for Refined customers who enjoy creating good content. A large follower count is not required.

Can I use AI to create or edit my content?

No. Submitted content must be created by you and may not use AI-generated or AI-edited visuals, video, voiceovers, backgrounds, product imagery or other synthetic content.

What happens if Refined wants to use my video?

Our team will contact you, confirm the content we want to use and arrange your R50 Refined Naturals voucher.
