Hotel Fragrance Oil Inspired by Intercontinental
Hotel Fragrance Oil Inspired by Intercontinental
Inspired by Intercontinental Hotels, this fragrance oil is a masterful, regal Aromatic Woody / Spicy Citrus blend designed to replicate the timeless, cosmopolitan opulence of a premier heritage lobby. It opens with an ultra-polished, commanding burst of bright bergamot, exotic pink pepper, and a zesty twist of fresh grapefruit. The scent transitions into an incredibly sophisticated, aromatic heart where rich, smoky black tea leaves and herbal clary sage are elevated by a warm, delicate dusting of ground nutmeg. The dry-down leaves a powerful, deeply memorable trail, grounding the composition with a heavy foundation of rich agarwood (oud), dark vetiver, clean white musk, and a subtle touch of golden amber.

Formulation & Technical Guide
This heavy, multi-layered profile is an outstanding performer for high-end corporate scenting, premium men's or unisex fine fragrances, and luxury autumn/winter candle lines.
-
Vanillin Content: Very Low (approx. 0.1% – 0.5%). Because it relies on dry woods, earthy roots, and rich spices rather than sweet vanilla resins, this oil is highly color-stable. It will not cause severe browning in un-stabilized cold-process soaps or cosmetic lotion bases, though it may shift pure white bases to a very light cream or soft ivory tint over time.
-
Flashpoint: High (approx. 91°C). The inclusion of rich agarwood, dark vetiver, and amber grants this oil fantastic thermal stability. It withstands high manufacturing temperatures beautifully, though to keep the volatile pink pepper and citrus top notes perfectly intact, it is still ideal to stir this oil into candle wax between 68°C and 71°C.
