What You’ll Need
- Paraffin Wax
- Mica Powder (for color and shimmer)
- Your Favorite Fragrance Oils
- A Mold of Your Choice
Instructions
- **Melt the Wax**: Place the paraffin wax in a heat-safe container and melt it using a double boiler on low heat. Stir occasionally until fully melted.
- **Add Color and Fragrance**: Mix in a small amount of mica powder for the desired color and shimmer. Stir thoroughly to avoid clumps. Add a few drops of your favorite fragrance oil and mix well.
- **Prepare the Mold**: Ensure your mold is clean and dry. Optionally, spray with a light coating of mold release spray for easy removal.
- **Pour the Wax**: Carefully pour the melted wax mixture into the mold. Tap gently to release air bubbles.
- **Cool and Set**: Allow the wax to cool and harden completely at room temperature or in a refrigerator.
- **Remove and Finish**: Once set, gently remove the wax decoration from the mold. Smooth any rough edges with a warm spoon or a knife if needed.
