Bakuchiol Serum Recipe - Refined Naturals
Looking to up your skincare game without breaking the bank? Why not try making your own Bakuchiol serum at home? Not only is it fun and easy, but it's a great way to ensure you know exactly what you're putting on your skin. Plus, you'll feel like a mad scientist mixing up your own potions (minus the evil cackling, of course).

Discover the wonders of Bakuchiol Oil.

Bakuchiol Oil is derived from the Psoralea Coryfolia plant commonly found in India. It is known for its potent anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.

Store-bought serums containing Bakuchiol can be quite pricey, so here is an easy recipe for you to follow from home!

1/2 tsp Argan Oil

3 Drops Bakuchiol Oil

1/2 tsp Jojoba Oil

3 Drops Rosemary Extract

6 Drops Lavender Oil

3 Drops Ylang Ylang Oil

Avocado Oil

Instructions for Mixing

  1. Add the jojoba oil, argan oil, bakuchiol oil, extracts and essential oils to a 30ml glass bottle.
  2. Fill the bottle the rest of the way with avocado oil. Be sure to leave room for the dropper bottle top. You'll end up using about 2 tablespoons of avocado oil.

Usage & Storage

  • Add a few drops to clean skin and massage in.
  • Can be used daily. Only apply the serum after your cleanser and toner, if using.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Shelf life: 6-12 months.
