Homemade Lotion Recipe

Making your own lotion is a great way to enjoy a product with minimal ingredients! In just minutes, you’ll have a nourishing, custom-scented emulsion that combines distilled water, golden jojoba oil, and soothing botanical extracts.

Why This Recipe Works

By properly emulsifying distilled water and jojoba oil using cosmetic-grade emulsifying wax, this formula creates a true lightweight lotion. Vegetable glycerin acts as a humectant to draw moisture into the skin, while phenoxyethanol ensures micro-biological stability and safety for a water-based emulsion.
