This is a list of frequently asked questions that may give you the answer to some of the questions you’ve been longing to ask.

Our services are exclusively offered online, providing you with a convenient shopping experience and doorstep delivery.

If you prefer, you can also select ‘Local Pickup’ as a shipping option and collect your order from our offices at the address mentioned above.

Select the goods you require from the Website and click ‘Add to Cart.’

  1. Choose the quantity of goods you wish to purchase from Refined Naturals  (the default will be one (1) unit). Please note that a limit is set to ninety-nine (99) units per item. To order quantities greater than 99 units per item, please contact customer services who will be able to assist you with your order.
  2. Review your cart and make sure all specifications such as colour or make fit your requirements, then click “Checkout.”
  3. If you are a new user, you will need to enter an email address and create a username and password. You must keep your username and password confidential as they allow access to your account. To continue setting up an account you will need to enter your personal details, billing address (which must correspond with your payment card address) and delivery address.
  4. Once you have set up an account, you will be directed to the shipping confirmation and delivery options page where you may enter voucher codes, select the type of delivery, and vary delivery and/or billing addresses.
  5. You will then proceed to the secure payment page where you may select the payment type and complete your order. Your payment will be collected from you by Refined Naturals. Following submission of your order you will be sent an automated order acknowledgement to the email address provided.

By placing an order through the Website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, over the age of 18 and have read our terms and conditions.

We currently have over 1000 different multipurpose products in stock, across 21 different categories.

In order to keep costs down for the end user, we buy products in bulk and  repackage them in our ISO Approved Lab.

When it comes to the expiry dates on our products, it’s important to note that these are Best Before dates, indicating that the product is not expired but rather recommended for use before the indicated date. The longevity and quality of our products also depend on the correct storage conditions. Properly storing the products in cool, dry places away from direct sunlight ensures that they maintain their optimal condition. By adhering to the Best Before dates and following the recommended storage guidelines, you can continue to enjoy the full benefits of our products even after the indicated date. Rest assured, our commitment to quality ensures that you receive the finest products for your skincare and beauty needs.

Our products are store in a sealed warehouse at room temperature with no sunlight so you can be assured it hasn’t degraded in any way before reaching you.

We replenish stock on a daily basis, if there is an item which is out of stock, please send us an email and we will provide you with an ETA.

Once an order is paid for, we package & hand it over to the courier company as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 01:00 pm will be shipped out from our warehouse on the same day and takes 1- 3 days for delivery to your door. We use “The Courier Guy” for deliveries and although we aim for overnight delivery, we cannot guarantee this.

If you’re looking to purchase products on a wholesale level you can send through the Items you require in the quantities you would like via Email.

Payflex is not a credit provider. Payflex provides interest and charge-free payment plans for low-value amounts over 6 weeks. This is commonly referred to in the industry as BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) services. If one does not meet the required instalment dates, penalties are incurred, but not in the form of interest.

PUDO Locker to Locker Shipping
PUDO is a smart locker delivery system, When your package arrives at your specified PUDO locker, you will receive a text message and an e-mail with a unique PIN and QR code. You can use either one of these at the PUDO locker to make your collection.

NB: From the moment you receive the notification stating your package has arrived at one of the pudo lockers, you will have 36 hours to pick up your package

If you don’t pick up your package within the deadline, it will be sent to the closest pudo Kiosk/DepotYou can also ask to resend your package to a pudo locker nearest to you or an alternative address at an additional cost.
